WENDEL WILSON - NAG ON ME b/w SHADES OF SOUNDS - ALL BY MYSELF

Here's an incredibly rare soul / garage split that rarely shows up - "Nag On Me" is a fabulous '60s soul dancer on the Bay Area Soul Sauce label - backed by a primitive garage (clean guitars no fuzz) track called "All By Myself" by Shades of Sound - I wish the record was in better condition but this is a hard find in any shape - despite its condition, it is quite playable and makes for a fine DJ record - now to the details: It looks like an RCA custom press - nice vinyl that still shines, despite numerous hairline scratches, none too deep except for one that goes across the record which you can see on the photo (well lit photo which highlights all the defects I want you to know about). The tick is not audible through most of the song, detectable when the music drops to the bass riff and audible at lead out - but doesn't sound as bad as it looks (I'm not just saying this cuz I want to sell it - I've played it on three different systems with light stylus and it is not bad). Also, as you can see, there is some slight moisture damage to the label. The filp side is in better condition but I'd still rate it a high vg to a low vg+ - you can hear noise in the high end as the recording is quiet.
