Two early side from Studio One, on the original Muzik City label. A real rarity -- if you collect Jamaican recordings you know how hard it is to find any clean label copy from the 1960s.  A classic instrumental that is transitional late ska/early rocksteady, b/w a vocal girl group that reportedly contained Rita Marley.  Record is graded as EX/VG, first side plays great, second has a little play wear. Although I don't list records often on ebay, I've been collecting, selling and trading Jamaican records on and off since 1985.  The records in this auction were mostly purchased from shops and sound systems in Jamaica from 1985-1993 & all are original Jamaican pressings unless otherwise noted. All of the discs have been thoroughly cleaned with an ultra-sound machine, this allows every molecule of baked-on Jamaican dust and dirt to be dug out of the grooves without damaging the vinyl.  This means that both new-old-stock and used records generally sound much better than they would otherwise.  Check my other auctions, I am auctioning a bunch of killer/rare ska sides this week, and will be listing more ska and rocksteady in the near future.
