Original Promo Demo. Handwritten with silver felt pen on the J-card and on the cassette itself. Comes with: 

The ultra rare vampyre head outer cover with red wax seals still on.

And the infamous red paper sheet with lyrics and credits.

I would say it is in fabulous condition in overall

And yes the promo tape has the Reprise track in the end.
