This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched pressing of Sonny Stitt “And Bud Powell” on the West 50th labels of Prestige PRLP 7024. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The frame cover is the rare original printing: non-laminated (coated) with the title at the top; in excellent condition – clean throughout – with normal age toning on the back slick, and small writing at the top left corner; light rubbing along the bottom seam. Original glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include J.J. Johnson, John Lewis, Curly Russell, and Max Roach
