This US LP is on the Blue Note label (BLP 1581) from 1958 w DG, 47th West 63rd NYC and EAR & RVG, no "r".
Record is M-!.
The cover is also M-!, no splits, no wear and no writing. The cover has no address at all on back. I've seen a number of copies of this lp over the years and they were all without address on the backcover. This is the best copy I've seen.
This time I have tried to pick records in only very nice condition.
