This is an original deep groove mono pressing with the New York address
Record: VG+ There are several light hairline marks but the record plays very nicely. I've listened to two tracks and it's been clean.
Cover: VG+ The seams are intact, the front has a nice shine, the back is clear. There is a small spot near the opening where the laminate has fallen off, leaving a small white area, visible in the picture
