Description

Up for sale is a rare copy of Sonny Rollins' Saxophone Colossus from 1958. This is the second pressing with the Bergenfield, N.J. address on the labels.

The jacket has seam splits at opening, chipping at top seam, price on front, soiling on front, corner wear, slight bowing, peeling tearing and bubbles on rear. This is a deep groove pressing with a etched "RVG." Vinyl plays really well, a couple of small artifacts keeping it from a VG+ grade. I was amazed how well this album cleaned up, a truly wonderful listen.
