Description
The cat needs surgery, so here's a very nice copy of Blue Note 4001, Sonny Rollins' "Newk's Time," with Wynton Kelly, Doug Watkins and Philly Joe Jones. This is a first pressing, with 63d Street addresses on both labels and cover, and with no "r" or "Inc" on cover or on either label. Cover grades Ex, with no splits or writing, but with a few abrasions to the bottom seam, resulting in a couple of tiny white spots, as well as very small dings to the right corners, causing tiny spots of laminate lifting. Back cover has minor greying due to age, but not much. Despite the overly picky description, a very strong cover. Disc also grades Ex, with three or four sliding scuffs on each side, but nothing significant. Disc retains full gloss, and play grades Near Mint on my non-audiophile table. Great copy of a great record. US shipping is $7 priority mail, plus optional insurance. Overseas airmail shipping is $12 to Europe or $14 to Asia. All overseas buyers must use Paypal.
