We've revised our grading of the vinyl for the better:
Under close inspection, the vinyl looks VG Plus or better, and we spot-checked the sound in a few places and on the intros, and the sound is excellent! There is some very minor, low-level light surface noise that is can only be heard on a few of the intros and quiet passages. The music is cut loud and thanks to the genius of Rudy Van Gelder's lacquer-cutting skills, this is an audiophile delight with crisp highs and excellent, natural presence and deep bass. On side A, Van Gelder's etched initials are followed by a sideways, upward facing machine-stamped "C", and on side B, the initials are followed by a machine-stamped, upward facing "E"price rating
