Something Else By The Kinks 1st Pressing 1967 Mono EX+/EX/EX+

Side 1: NMPL 18193A-1*M (The first M is crossed through)
Side 2: NMPL 18193B-1*M (Again, the first M is crossed through). Also, crossed through, is another stamp: MPL 181931-1-*M
In the original non-laminated, silver flipback cover with a pinched spine. Original plain white inner sleeve with glassine lining.
Cover is in outstanding condition for its age, with just a mild sleeve rub on the front (see photos) that has caused a small scratch/rub to the silver finish top-centre (see photos) and a small impression line top-right (see main photo). The only creasing to the front cover is below-right of Dave Davies’ photo, and there are a few impression lines/light scratches around Dave Davies’ shoulder and cheek (see photo). There is mild rubbing to each corner, and small portions of the spine and edges. Very slight hint of sleeve rub on the back cover, and a small crease bottom centre, where the folded front cover meets the back cover.
The inner sleeve has a small tear on one side around the centre cutout, and a crease on one of the flaps, both of which can be seen in the same photo. Otherwise it is in excellent condition with just a mild yellowing as it has aged.
Both labels are in excellent condition with just a few spindle marks on each side.
The record itself is close to flawless. It has been owned and carefully looked after by a member of my family since new. It hasn’t been played in 20+ years and test-playing revealed Excellent+ playing condition. This could possibly be improved to Near Mint after a professional clean, but obviously nothing is guaranteed.
