This is a true 13th floor records first pressing of Social Distortions Mommy's little Monster on the very, very rare translucent purple vinyl. These are so hard to find and never come up for sale. The record looks black when laid flat but when held the light is a deep swirled purple vinyl..its awesome. 

Comes with the classic gatefold in really clean shape..no seam splits..just minor corner wear. Record is really clean as well, no major flaws or scratches. This a true classic and version of this record to own! Almost all copies are solid black...its so hard to find the the purple ones!

To be very clear..this is not the 1989 purple vinyl reissue..that is a completely different pressing with different labels and is not the classic gatefold from the first press. This vinyl is the same color vinyl as the first pressing of the Another State of Mind single, listed here:https://www.discogs.com/release/3164807-Social-Distortion-Another-State-Of-Mind


Some copies for the Another State of Mind single were pressed on black vinyl that was actually dark purple in the light...which is what this copy of Mommy's Little Monster is, most copies are solid black vinyl..which is what makes these so rare..since these are supposed to be black.
