I bought this single at Vinyl Solution Record store in Hollywood on 10.1.1982 and I have the receipt to prove it haha, it may not be included though, it brings back great punk rock memories.
They musta run out of the original covers and made these homemade xerox copy covers to sell the rest of the inventory.
That was my guess then and I’m sticking with it 38 years later!
As I wrote in my Mainliner / Playpen auction description, I bought multiples of SD’s records and gave them to good friends to pass on great music.
These note are scratched into the matrix
