Smiths NEW ZEALAND Demo 12" That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore Red / Green Labels

Rare and unique NEW ZEALAND DEMO 12"on the Red / Green Rough Trade Label (RTANZ 12008). This was distributed by CBS in New Zealand.

Record is in VERY GOOD PLUS to EXCELLENT condition. Has some light spidery marks but these are cosmetic and non sounding. Record has still been well cared for. 

LABELS ARE CLEAN!!! No writing, stickers or tears to either label, except of course the Demo sticker which is supposed to be there. 

Sleeve is also in EXCELLENT condition. There is no printed spine text. Some light creasing and handling is evident. Small abrasion to the top seam but it is not split per se. Please see the photos.
