Description

The Smashing Pumpkins Siamese Singles box set (SKU# 7243 8 92724 0 6; CAT# spbox 1). Pressed in UK by Hut.

My best estimate of grading is VG (box) / NM (jackets) / NM (7” vinyls, except for Rockit 7”, further described below). As shown by scanned photos, while structure of box is good, it has a lot of scratches, scuffs, and white spots where paint is gone. 7” sleeves are in great shape, only some very minor scratches and slight rounding of a couple corners. 3 out of the 4 7” vinyls are in great shape, only played a couple times when I first bought this set in 1994. The b-side of the Rocket 7” vinyl has a flaw in it, as evidenced by the photo close-up. I’m assuming that this was a manufacturing error, but I don’t recall (a) noticing it when I bought the set or (b) the vinyl playing improperly. Still, I have no way of currently verifying whether the Rocket b-side (Never Let Me Down) plays properly. So for purposes of this auction, assume that it does NOT, and if it does – bonus!

U.S. shipping is $8.15 (expedited shipping). Overseas shipping will be determined by country. INSURANCE is required. Payments are to be made via PayPal only please within 2 days of the auction’s end.

Please check out my other auctions for Smashing Pumpkins vinyl. All 3 or 4 should be posted within a day of this one. If you bid/win multiple items, please let me know BEFORE you pay, so I can send you a combined invoice to save you money.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (11/20/12): I just played Never Let Me Down on a USB turntable connected to my laptop and there are no playback issues (i.e. the flaw described above does not cause any noticeable skips or pops -- it appears to be a cosmetic manufacturing flaw).
