I would rate this record's condition as VG+/Execellent according to the rating standards at

Though it is unsealed I have only listened to it a handful of times as well as recently to be sure there were no issues with the listening experience
Small scratches on the back of the album cover and small shelfwear (will send photos of the shelfwear upon request as ebay only allows 12 pictures)
