Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness Vinyl, original 1995 pressing. Number 14499 (of 5,000)

I would say as far as grading, we are looking at about Vinyl G; Sleeve G


This has had a few owners since the 90’s and was not always cared for the best. I’ve cleaned her up and loved her as much as I can for now, but she needs a good home. Each disc shows minor wear and surface marks/scuffs, some of which impact play, but the majority of which do not. Some skipping/repeating on the “Dawn” side of disc 1, and on the “Starlight” side of disc 3. Surface noise as to be expected with vinyl of this condition but not detrimental to overall play. Could also use a deep clean to improve sound quality- my microfiber cloth and cleaner don’t always get all the dust and grime out of old records like this. This is definitely a used copy, but would make a great addition to a collection if the owner was less interested in play than sentimental value or rounding out a collection of first pressings.


Includes art/lyric insert, in great condition.


One of the sleeves shows some wear. I believe two are original and one is newer, but they could all easily be swapped out for fresh ones. Jacket shows wear in corners and edges, including a small tear that the first owner attempted to patch on the right/back gatefold. No seam or edge splitting. Very minimal (if any) ringwear. Comes with original protective sleeve.
