Sleepy John Estes - Broke and Hungry - Delmark DL 608, mono, 1964.   7 West Grand address on labels and jacket.

Vinyl is VG+/VG++    A few light hairlines and light scuffs, none of which are deep enough to feel.  Labels look VG++.     

Sleeve is VG    Some corner wear, some ring wear to front/dark wear to back, tearing at top left corner of back slick.
