Notes on This Pressing:

  •  Combat Records MX 8020
  • Metal Blade Records MBR 1040
  • White Chain Label with old logo
  • 1985
  • Stereo
Printed inner sleeve included. Vinyl is VG with some light scratching. Jacket also VG. This record was owned by a territorial dude named "Tony Pagano," he Sharpied his name on the side 1 label over the release number, their is also what looks to be pencil lead shading the chain. Cover looks great, light creases in corners. Tony put his name in the fog picture on the back cover too. The top seem has not split but come unglued in either corner.
Please note,  I grade conservatively and by the Goldmine standard, here is what you can expect...
For the VG vinyl - Generally worth 25% of Near Mint value. Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached.

For the VG Jacket - Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. [This] will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time. Goldmine price guides with more than one price will list Very Good as the lowest price.
***WITH ALL THIS SAID if you have a Crosley or other budget turntable that comes in a suitcase, there is a chance with this, and every record really, that the tone arm, being the weak little thing it is, might bounce off, this is not a sign of a deficient record, this is an issue with the turntable. If you encounter this problem a penny taped to the top of the head of your tone arm generally fixes that right up.***
Please see pictures & let me know if you have any questions.
