Description
Skid Row "Slave to the Grind" vinyl, first release edition 1991, brand new, still in shrink. Free shipping to USA only. It is in EXCELLENT condition.
There's a little story about this album. I attended Sebastian Bach's 'Slave to the Grind' 30th Year anniversary tour in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 11/06/2021. The venue was the Culture Room, a relatively small place and guests were general admission (no seating). So as a good music junkie that I am, I hung out on the first row in front of the stage and waited 1 hour before the show started to get a front view. I took this album with me with the intention that Sebastian could sign it but no luck after the show.
After patiently waiting Sebastian was already rocking and the crowd was going nuts. 3 or 4 songs into the show, I took out the album from the shipping box and raised it high so that Sebastian could see it. Thinking that he would acknowledge it with a thumbs up or a smile, it was to my surprise that he asked me to hand it to him so that he could show it off to the crowd. I gave it to him and he proudly waved the album so that the crowd could take a look. It was pretty noticeable that Sebastian is into vinyl records, as he tried to read the back cover to see the release year of the album. He was pretty surprised to see that it was the original release and even more, still sealed. He kept waving it to the crowd and man, what a feeling of pride he was showing there. Then he handed it back to me and well here it is, for you to own.
It is a cool story and a one time experience for me. Happy bidding.
