Description
The Sisters' super-rare first single. I've had it since 1991, when I bought it from a reputable dealer called The Happening (now on ebay as the-happening). He remembers selling it to me and has kindly agreed to vouch for its authenticity.
You can tell it's the real thing because the spire is visible on the church (though it's rather fuzzy because of my crap camera). As SoM reference sites will tell you, the Japanese bootleg chopped the spire off. This site - http://www.myheartland.co.uk/gallery/search.php?search_keywords=genuine - purports to show the differences between the authentic article and the bootleg, though the pictures seem rather small.
Run-off grooves read - MR 7-PICTURE-1 FOR SPIGGY A PORKY PRIME CUT" (A) and "MR-7-WORDS-1 ANUDDER PORKY PRIME CUT FOR TRIXIE" (B)
The record has been played to ensure there are no skips or scratches. I hesitate to call a record that has been played mint, but this is as close to mint as you can get.
