Record and cover both in EXCELLENT shape, certainly NM-. The discoloration that you see on the upper left-hand side of the photo is glare from the polybag the record is kept in, NOT any sort of defect on the sleeve! Contains original insert. Really, everything is in beautiful shape! You won't find a better copy than this one!
