Our 5,000 square foot showroom houses only the best examples of all types of furnishings, home decor, collectibles and jewelry. We hope to expand our visibility by offering some of these online.
We will be structuring our eBay offerings using the pricing system in our brick and mortar store. When an item is first introduced, it is priced to reflect age, quality, condition, and current market value. If the item does not sell in the first month, it will be discounted 20%. Every month another 10% will be deducted from the price to a maximum of 75% off the original price. There will be few exceptions to this formula, one example being jewelry, which is priced a fraction above scrap value to start.
Not every item will last through the entire markdown process. These are consigned items with contracts that allow owners to take their items back after two months, or elect to donate them to a local charity thrift store. Almost 90% of our items currently sell within the two month contract period. This is largely due to our accurate pricing and high volume floor traffic.
Every piece we offer here has been examined for authenticity, quality, and condition by one or more of our network of experts. I got in some records this week. They are more of the same batch as before, but there are some better ones.
This one is rare. Danny and the Juniors on Singular Records number S-711. It has At The Hop on one side, and Sometimes on the other. This is the recording with the count in at the beginning of At The Hop. There are some scratches, but it plays very well.
I will combine shipping on any records that you buy. Please let me know if you will continue to bid on something that has not ended.
