Description
Original 1985 U.S. pressing of Picture Book by Simply Red on Elektra (60452-1), complete with original shrink wrap and hype sticker on the front cover.
This is a really clean, well-preserved copy that presents beautifully. The shrink is fully intact with the classic yellow hype sticker highlighting “Money’s Too Tight (To Mention),” “Come To My Aid,” and “Holding Back the Years.”
Vinyl has a glossy, near-pristine appearance and plays exceptionally well. Playback is strong throughout with only the most minor, occasional surface noise between tracks. Music plays clean and full with no distracting issues.
Includes original inner sleeve and has been upgraded with a new poly inner and outer sleeve for protection.
A very nice collector-grade copy of this classic debut.

Playback & Grading Notes
This record was visually inspected and play-tested on a recently serviced Pro-Ject Debut Carbon turntable equipped with an Ortofon 2M Red stylus. Playback quality may vary depending on your individual setup, including cartridge type, stylus condition, tracking force, and speaker system.
Vinyl is graded conservatively under strong light using the Goldmine Standard (Sleeve / Vinyl). While I do my best to note any flaws, vintage records may have minor pops or surface noise even those in excellent condition. Promo copies, older pressings, or those with original inner sleeves may also include factory or storage-related imperfections.
