This listing is for a vinyl copy of Sigur Rós - ?Ágætis Byrjun. This is the limited edition, numbered, deluxe box set release that was only available from the band's website, which sold out well prior to release. This copy is #1072/1999.
Notes: The band expanded their breakthrough album with demo and early live versions of all songs on the album, plus never-before-heard material and other rare nuggets, as well as the full 90-minute concert played in Reykjavík on the day the record was released in 1999. This super deluxe 7 x vinyl limited edition comes with a lavish book of photos and material from their early days, and is housed in a bespoke linen-bound box, the first 1,999 copies of which are numbered. (The number appears on the first page of the book under the 'fetus angel' - please see pictures). 7 x standard weight LPs, plus 84-page hardback art book in linen-bound slipcase. This set will be shipped in the original box as received.
****Please note that everything in the set is NM (vinyl LPs, sleeves, outer box, and booklet). Many would grade this as M, but I am conservative in my grading and given that the set has been opened (to photograph, visually inspect, and confirm edition number), I wish to be clear that the item is not "sealed". Further, I wish to be clear as to its condition based on visual inspection only. The records have never been played and her been priced accordingly****
