ROLLING STONES LP EXILE ON MAIN STREET (Rolling Stone Records COC2-2900). Released 1972.

  The two autographs on either side of the inside gatefold look to be by Keith Richard & Mick Jagger. I am fairly confident these are legitimate authentic original autographs. They are in ballpoint ink & look highly gestural without being sharply legible.  The "K" & "R" in Keith's autograph are legible enough. After his name, he wrote "Keep Cool Always." For Mick's signature (which is located directly overtop his photo!), the "Mick" & the "J" are fairly evident. Both autographs were signed in a broad sweep-probably at a party or some such place. I estimate the Glimmer twins signed this back in the early 70s. The ink is unfaded & on well-preserved parts of the cover with no wear on that part of the surface.

  Includes all 12 postcards (10 of which are still attached to one another). The cards are in really excellent condition with no marks, tears or writing. This apparent 70s-era pressing has been treated with good care since the discs are in very nice condition. Original US pressing. Slim Harpo: "Shake Your Hips."   COVER - VG+

    No seam splits, stains, tears, tape, bubbles, puncture holes, water damage, cut-out marks, stickers, color fading, or price tags on the covers. About 10% of the spine print is faded, and there is some moderately-frayed corner banging. No ring wear. Negligible corner banging. Nice flat covers free of waves, bends, bows, bubbles & ripples. Both inner sleeves are in superb condition. The postcards also look excellent. Labels look great: no stains, scuffs, stickers or writing. Sharp-cut hole free of spindle scuffs. 

  DISCS - NEAR MINT

  Each disc is free of noteworthy scratches, stains, skips, warping, and residue on the disc or dead wax. Just a minor fleck here, there. Nice reflective rainbow sheen on the platter surfaces. This set has been safely stored upright in climate-controlled conditions.
