MUDDY WATERS Folk Singer CHESS LP 1483 Stereo reissue from 1977 of album originally released in 1964 on orange and blue Chess Labels.
Chess Records a Division of All Platinum Record Group.
Still in original shrink wrap with price sticker intact.
VINYL in VG/VG+ condition, the first song is VG with more background crackle/pops than the rest of the album. The surface has some hairlines/paper scuffs all light that create some background crackle and occasional pop. This is an extremely important album to hear clean as there are so many quiet passages. This copy is excellent, besides the beginning, the rest is more VG+ with really nice sound quality and deep stereo imaging, better that the original Chess black label copy I had in terms of sound quality!
COVER in VG with original shrink and price sticker. Cutout on bottom left corner with creasing and some loss of the shrink (see photos). The bottom must have suffered some moisture damage at some point as it is yellowed and a bit wavy but still intact with solid seams and spine. Corner bumps and some yellowing present.
