Description
Up for grabs is the original pressing of Shpongle’s “Tales Of The Inexpressible” album on vinyl, which includes two awesome color splatter records and the cover.
Rating: I inspected the records in a bright light and played through them. I would say the vinyl is VG- with little surface noise in spots and dust, and I think a good wet cleaning would really do it. There is one spot during “Hooray” where some kind of gunk got on a part, and there is a click for a few good spins, but I just played that part a few times and it’s surprisingly not *super* noticeable. Maybe it can be cleaned? The cover is NM with very little signs of use, see photos... I replace all the paper inner sleeves with plastic lined to protect the vinyl, and keep the covers in thick plastic sleeves - but I have owned this for about 10 years or something.
Shpongle is probably my 2nd all time favorite group, so it hurts me to part with this (I *had* a full collection of their OG albums), but I have other hobbies and am selling some stuff to fund a new purchase. I hope it goes to someone who will cherish it and spin it a lot more than I did.
