I've been asked by a few people to add this information, so here it is:
A few people wanted to see a photo of the label (see photos added)
Matrix Number = SHVL.771B (FOR SIDE B), and the Stamper numbers are 1 and A (for side 1) and 1 and 'R' or 'P' (sorry can't quite make it out) (for side 2).
Hope this helps with all the questions, it's all a bit above my head, all the details.
