Description

For sale is my collection of Mondo vinyl. The only releases I do not have are the original Maniac and the set of Tales from the Crypt 7" releases. My collection is as follows:

The Beyond (black)
The Deadly Spawn (black)
Poltergeist (clear variant)
Drive (pink variant)
The Raid (black)
Olivion (clear)
Studio Ghibli (purple/pink Howl's Moving Castle Japanese edition)
Maniac (the Rob one - blank)
Timecrimes (1 opened yellow/clear variant, 1 sealed/unopened)
Halloween (2 opened black)

All records have been opened, with the exception of one Timecrimes. All gatefold sleeves have the shrinkwrap removed, with the exception of both the Timecrimes and both the Halloweens. Maniac still has shrinkwrap, but has been opened on the side to remove vinyl.

Most of these have never been played. A few have, but once. All are at least NM condition. All of the sleeves are in the condition they were shipped to me in. The only real sleeve issue to note is a small part of the top of the Drive sleeve has been dinged by Brooklyn's finest from the USPS- I included a picture to illustrate. Everything else is what you would expect from if you had ordered directly from Mondo yourself. All records comes with 3.0 mil heavy duty outer sleeves. In every case where the record was opened the inner sleeve has been swapped out with Diskeeper Audiophile anti-static sleeves. Late in 2013 Mondo releases started coming with black sleeves and for the last few releases (Timecrimes and Halloween) the black sleeves were kept - in all other instances the shitty paper sleeves were tossed.

I am not selling these individually - sorry, I know most of you probably only want one or two pieces from this collection, but I'm looking to get rid of the whole thing (I've quickly realized that vinyl soundtracks just aren't my thing) and I fear I'll get stuck with a bunch of the less-sought after ones. I spent some time on Discogs and eBay trying to figure out how to price this - I think if you take everything into account you'll agree that $500 is pretty reasonable.

Shipping's included - AND THESE WILL BE SHIPPED SECURELY. I don't have an exact game plan yet, but I will almost certainly split these up into multiple boxes. Rest assured, I will be considering worst-case scenarios when I wrap these bad-boys up and drop off at FedEx. Or better yet, maybe you live in New York City and we can meet up and exchange without the hassle of shipping. If this is the case I'll even take a couple bucks off the total price.

I'm open to offers - and yes feel free to send me amusing low-balls. Who knows what type of a mood you'll catch me in!
