These records will be shipped in a securely packaged cardboard mailer with an inner box and extended ends to help prevent damage to the corners. If you want them unsealed to prevent splits, tell me before I send them.

What are the postage and packing costs for this item?

UK - £9.50 (Royal Mail special delivery next day)

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands - £15.70 (iPostParcels economy)

Rest of Europe - £19.60 (Royal Mail tracked & signed)

  European buyers can buy this item at any time but buyers from Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherland must wait for an invoice before they can pay for it. This is because Ebay will not let me set two different postage rates for European countries.

USA, Canada - £20.10 (iPostParcels express)

Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Japan, Hong Kong - £28.50 (RM tracked & signed)

Australia, New Zealand, Singapore - £30.50 (RM tracked & signed)

Shipping includes the extra cost of tracking and/or confirmation of delivery. A tracking number will be given after the item has been posted. This extra charge is for each package, not for each individual item.

How do I pay?

I accept Paypal only.

If you pay by Paypal e-cheque please remember they can take up to 10 days to clear.

How long do I have to pay?

Payment is required within 4 days of buying. I can give you more time if necessary but you must contact me before buying. Failure to pay on time will result in the item being reported as unpaid, and you will be blocked from buying on further items.

Do you reduce postage on multiple items?

Yes, costs are determined by exact weight so if you want to ask about combined shipping costs, please tell me exactly which items you are interested in.

Buyers of multiple items should place them in the shopping basket, buy them without paying, send a request for a total and wait for my invoice. Ebay may demand immediate payment from you, if this happens I will send a refund for the difference in shipping costs. Please make just one Paypal payment.

How do I pay for several items at once?

You can do this at checkout but if there is a postage reduction to be applied please wait for me to send you a total.

How much can be posted in one package?

UK - Up to 20kg

Overseas - The maximum weight for airmail is only 2kg (approx 5-6 standard LPs or 2-3 double LPs). Heavier packages can be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce or UK Mail, and will have tracking included.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Royal Mail do not consider packages missing until 10 working days have passed (25 days for overseas mail). If your package has still not arrived after this time please contact me.
