Our top of the range DB Technologies line array sound system will deliver crystal clear audio across all event types and we tune the system to fit each event space using the manufacturers bespoke system design software. Each subwoofer and speaker module has dual power supplies, meaning no audio downtime, so you can rest assured these will deliver in level and reliability even when pushed to their hardest.The system includes processors to control the main audio parameters meaning we do not need to bring racks of outboard equipment which aids the quick set up of this system and also saves a lot of space.

Alongside our audio solutions we can provide full stage systems paired with trussing to match your needs. From large stage shows to catwalks, we have it covered.

Finally our specialist lighting team can add an extra dimension to your event giving a custom made design to fit your brief. With their LED lighting systems the full appearance can be altered to your exact needs making sure the event looks professional and uniformed. The engineers can also work with camera crews to make sure the package both looks the part and provides what they need to get the all important footage.

Alongside our hire team we have a dedicated repair center in house where our specialist electronics engineers can repair your equipment quickly and at competitive prices. We specialize in pro audio and DJ repairs and we source parts directly from the manufacturer to ensure a reliable repair. These parts are also made available to purchase from our retail store. All of the parts are categorised by model and type to help you find the part you need quickly and reliably.

Our bespoke online repair booking and tracking service makes the process simple and enjoyable for our customers, and provides businesses the possibility of batch bookings and automation through API, which makes this a favourable option for audio companies looking for a new external service centre for their repairs.

We also provide specialist permanent install solutions for your venue. Our engineers are available to visit the site and aid the in the process from planning through to the opening night. We make the process quick and simple by sourcing all parts and by liaising with your builders to install the equipment without holding up other contractors.

We can provide full AV solutions from sports bars to conference rooms and all installs are completed to an exceptional standard with a bespoke AV system for your venue.

Here at Soundbase we're playing it fair. Our delivery charges are calculated on-the-go depending on weight of the order and the price you pay is what courier companies charge us. Unlike our competitors - we don't earn that extra bit on every shipping, allowing us to have lowest possible shipping costs. Please review our current rate card below:

You can buy in confidence from Soundbase Solutions. If you find the product you have bought is not suitable for you, or you are simply unhappy with it, you can exchange it within 14 days, or receive a store credit as long as the goods are un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories. We will exchange the item, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you.

If an item is faulty, it can be returned within 28 days for a replacement, after the 28 day period, the item is covered under the manufacturers 12 month warranty and sent for repair.
With spare parts items that require self-installation the customer is expected to use the correct procedure to do so. Any damaged caused to an item due to improper fitting cannot be returned. Customers can send units to us to get the part fitted in our repair center and a quote will be provided on request.
Electrical components and parts such as lasers and PCB’s have been tested by the manufacturer and are discretely marked for returns purposes.

All items sold from our B-Stock category come with a 3 month in store warranty against faults. Unwanted Items returned within 14 days must arrive back in the condition they were received or a restocking fee will be charged. All our b-stock items are discretely marked for returns purposes.

Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 3 working days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this time. Goods found to be faulty from new by our technical department can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify Soundbase Megastore within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will arrange collection of the faulty goods through our Courier.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items.

Any goods which develop a fault within the 12 month warranty period can be returned to us for repair/replacement excluding perishables such as tactile switches and electrical components. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods requiring repair, although Soundbase Solutions will cover the return postage for such items.
