SEEBURG 1000 BMC1 Background Music Machine RESTORED!
For those of you that don't know about these machines...they only play special 9" records with a 2" center hole that were recorded at 16 2/3 rpm. This machine will not play any other records.
Here is what we have up for auction...
One (1) Seeburg 1000 BMC1 Background Music Machine...
Here's what was restored...
A. Both the upper and lower plates sanded down and repainted and new foam letters applied to support records
B. Rubber flywheels reconditioned and all rubber coated with Rubber Renue
C. Capstan and metal flywheel cleaned with Denatured Alcohol
D. Spring tension on flywheels adjusted
E. Needles cleaned and stylus contacts treated with Deoxit Gold
F. All four oiling points on machine have been oiled with Liquid Bearings
G. Cabinet cleaned and foam edge replaced
H. New key made
I. Rewired to work on ANY pre-amplifier.

This unit plays flawlessly so I will guarantee it with a 14 day return policy but buyer must pay return shipping fees.
This unit will be secured with the screws that it was designed to be shipped with and packed securely.
The plates, records, pre-amp, cables and keys will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them from damaging the machine.
Shipping in the US will be around $40 outside the US will be EXPENSIVE so e-mail me for rates BEFORE you bid.
I will refund all unused shipping fees as we are not suppose to profit off of shipping on ebay.
Insurance will be required as this is a piece of history and in this condition very rare!
