School's Out Vinyl Album w/ Panties Alice Cooper 1972, original packaging.
School's Out is the fifth studio album by American rock band Alice Cooper, released in 1972. Following on from the success of Killer, School's Out reached No. 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
The original album cover (designed by Craig Braun) had the sleeve opening in the manner of a wooden desk. The vinyl record inside was wrapped in a pair of white, pink, yellow or blue paper panties, though this was later discontinued as the paper panties were found to be flammable.
The image of the band looking strung out around a trashcan on the inside of the cover was shot by fashion photographer Roger Prigent.
The actual desk photographed for the album cover has been on display in the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas.
The fold out stabilizing tabs for the "fold out legs" of the desk have been removed (see pictures), otherwise the cover case is in very good condition. The album is in very good, playable condition.
I only ship within the continental United States.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
