Sought-After James Brown "Fight Against Drug Abuse" Promo Public Service Announcement PSA-1   Hi. A couple of years ago I purchased a lot of promo 45's, 33 LP's, and reel-to-reels from an old radio station.

Surprisingly, this lot contained many rare and often-destroyed vintage one-sided advertising spot 45rpm records, such as commercials for (then) upcoming films such as "The Graduate" and "Easy Rider," and the highlight of the collection, the super-scarce Beatles "Let It Be" radio spots record. The last one that sold brought hundreds of dollars, so be sure to check out mine if you like.

Some other highlights from the lot includes a reel of US ARMY spots during Viet Nam, a reel of Cedar Point Amusement Park advertisements from 1970, stacks of late-1960's Pepsi commercial LP's, many Diet Coke reels with music by artists such as Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, and more, as well as other promo rock 45's.

I am not a record dealer, so I don't grade records per se. However, these are all in great shape and are pretty mint(many look like they were only played once if ever). If one has any scratches I will mention it, but I don't think many do. Note that the paper sleeves on some of the records may or may not be original.

This oddball record is pretty collectible, and this one wears it's original sleeve. Deadwax says PSA-1-A and PSA-1-B. Bobby Byrd on the B-side. 35 seconds long. Brown must have been court-ordered to do this lol.

This 7" record is in nice shape. I see a couple random light scuffs here and there, storage wear. Looks like maybe an 8.5 out of 10 condition in my opinion or higher. Probably never played but has some storage wear.
