Description

This is a sweet item... Obtained from a family member of one of the principles, it's been stored since the mid 60s... Fullerton, California Private Garage / Blues/ proto Psych Lp from "THE CITY BLUES" "Blues For Lawrence Street"

On Private Issue "Nouveau Records" "Experiment In Entertainment".... Number NR 5001... The owner of the record was confident that only 469 copies were pressed... Produced by David R. Hall, with Dick Payne, Bob Lesher, Ed Solberg, Steve Eliot, and Tim!!! 1967 Teen White Bluesmen selections are: "I'M IN A GROOVY MOOD, BLUES FOR LAWRENCE STREET, STEAL MY CHICKENS, GOIN' TO NEW YORK, ALL BLUES, YOU GOTTA HELP ME, GOIN' DOWN TO THE RIVER, SMOKESTACK LIGHTNING" Condition of the jacket; NM, maybe very slight age darkening, hard to tell..No splits or writing, corners good... Condition of the vinyl; NM, I'm informed it's unplayed, visually there seems to me very slight wear, but this is a super clean LP... The slight spindle mark/ tear at the center of the label on the 'a' side (see photos) might be from the original manufacture...

Records are graded per "GOLDMINE" standards: SS= Still Sealed... M= Perfect...NM= Near Perfect...EX= Not Quite NM!...VG+= some wear, slight damage...VG= wear, some damage...G+= considerable wear, damage...Good, Fair. VISA, MC, DISCOVER are all OK.
