Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass and looks un-played, it has beautiful clean company white promo/sample labels with a set of Japanese writing on each side, this says ??? sample version. It has no Spindling, scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX++ : The original heavy card cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. On the top edge right side is a red rectangular sticker with white writing on indicating that this is a ??? sample version. On the back of the cover there is a track listing in English.

Obi Strip -- VG+ : The original obi strip, this has 9mm tear on the rear bottom right side which has caused a crease (see picture). All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 2 Inserts : Two original inserts which are both 1 page 2 sides long. The first has a track listing on in English and Japanese and the lyrics and information in Japanese, the second has credits and the lyrics on in English. These have no rips, tears or creases.
