U.S. Promo LP released on Independent Projects, IP004. Includes all 5 original inserts and original inner sleeve. The record is very clean and shows some sleeve marks both sides along with a pressing line. Inserts are all excellent, like new with no flaws. Sleeve is very clean and just has some stain marks along the bottom edge
