Description
2x Single sided Rare test pressing . Condition is Used.
I have paired these together as there are some issues/tics
XLX 142-4N XAX 1981-2N
I have NOT deep cleaned the records so is described as follows
XLX142-4N
visual - white deposit on run in .Short light surface scratch at 2 o clock band 1 . Another light surface scratch at 1 o clock . 2 tiny white dot marks at 7 o clock near end of last band. Run out /non playing side will have a few marks
Sound - bit of buzz at the start and a few light tics . Light background which may include a light tic. 1 heavier tic later on.
XAX 1981-2N visual - short white mark in first band at 2 o clock. Few light scratches /wispy lines. Faint white streak marks possibly from sleeve.
sound - .some issues at start . Hiss before music and Hiss at start of music then some loud buzz snappy sections over 20 seconds . settles to Light background crackle occassional light tic. quite a lot of tics in mid point and crackle continues.
would probably benefit a professional deep clean - I cannot guarantee any improvement to sound quality
