Samahain Initium 1st press w/large ring and lyric sheet. I am not a serious record collector, so my grading of the item is entirely subjective. 

I have found an approximately 1" scratch on one side and an odd, small crackle line on the other measuring approximately half an inch. Besides these two imperfections, the album looks very good, as you can tell by the pics.
