Offered for your consideration is a very nice collector's lot of (3) Sam & Dave LPs
This lot consists of:
Sam & Dave, Soul Men. Stax S725 released in November 1967. Has the "Grammy Award Winner" hype sticker. Condition - The cover is excellent with brilliant colors, no creases, marks, or disk imprint. It has a single cut-out corner hole and some light corner bumps. The plain white sleeve is original. The disk is Excellent, close to NM. If it didn't have some light spindle marks I'd think it was unplayed.
Hold on, I'm Comin', Sam & Dave. Stax SD708 released in 1966. Condition - The cover is Very Good, with brilliant colors. It does have a very light disk imprint, a light crease on the lower left corner, some top edge shelf wear, and a cut-out hole. The paper sleeve is pretty rough but appears original. The disk appears to be VG+ with some very light scratches that should not affect play quality.
Sam & Dave, I Thank You. Atlantic SD8025 released in 1968. This still has the original plastic film cover. Condition - The cover is Excellent / NM being protected by the original plastic film. The only defect is a cut-out notch in one side. The paper sleeve looks new and may be a replacement. The disk is VG+ or better. It is dusty with some fingerprints and should be cleaned. There are a couple of long, light scratches, more like scuffs that might not affect the sound.
