I always recommend professional clean due these records have
sat in their sleeves for over 30-40+ years! Sleeve residue can stick to vinyl.
A proffesional clean will remove should you want to.

Vinyl: EX- a nice copy for age looks little played,
Cover: EX-, slight edge/corner wear, staining in places.
