Description
Sallie Blair Hello Tiger MGM Records E3723 RARE
Big-voiced blues, ballads and pre-rock singer who had a moment in the late '50s and recorded a couple of albums, none better that “Hello Tiger” which was arranged and conducted by Neil Hefti, whose buoyant, Technicolor arrangements underline the singer's slinky appeal. A U.S. mono pressing on the MGM Label (E3723), the record, apart from a few light surface marks. is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has minor wear only.
