Condition & other notes: All items brand new and unused, vinyl shrink-wrapped. The images above are of the actual items for auction.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING! By making a bid you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- If you have zero feedback you must contact me in advance of bidding.
- If you are unsure of what is included in an auction, the condition of items, postal charges, or anything else, you must contact me before bidding as otherwise I will take it that you are fully aware of the listing details.
- I never accept offers to negotiate deals outside of an auction as this is unfair to other buyers. Any such messages will not be answered & I will ban the senders from bidding on my auctions.
- All buyers must pay within 3 days of auction end. If you need more time to pay (up to a maximum of 7 days from auction end) you must contact me before the 3 days is up to arrange this in advance. Failure to comply will result in an unpaid item case being opened without further warning.
- If the auction item is collection only, collection must be made within 28 days of auction end or I will cancel the transaction & your payment will be refunded.
- I always keep proof of posting for insurance purposes.
- Once you receive your package it is your responsibility to check it carefully. In the unlikely event of incorrect, missing or damaged goods, contact me as soon as possible. In those cases, once I receive the goods back, I will fully reimburse the buyer their total costs, including agreed return postage.
- Please note that as a private seller I am unable to afford returns for any other reason, such as a change of mind or misreading of original listing details, so it is very important that you check all details before making a bid.
- In the unlikely event that you have a problem with either the goods or my service, contact me as soon as possible. I am always very willing to work with a buyer to address any reasonable dissatisfaction.
- Any malicious behaviour which may unjustly affect my seller reputation, such as leaving neutral or negative feedback without contacting me first, will be quickly referred to eBay for resolution.
What you can expect of me as your seller:
- I make all my item descriptions as accurate as possible. Very rarely a buyer may not agree with my description, in which case, as long as my terms and conditions have been followed, I will do everything possible to achieve buyer satisfaction.
- I never knowingly sell fakes, bootlegs, CD-R copies or other illegal items.
- Any quoted P&P rates are at face value - I never add extra fees.
- I always send multiple items as one package to keep buyers' charges as low as possible.
- Normally I will post items same or next day depending on when a payment is made. On the rare occasion that I cannot do this I will inform the buyer as soon as possible & supply a revised dispatch date.
- I am a private seller & have been selling on eBay since 2004. I treat buyers in the same manner as I would wish to be treated, as I am also a buyer myself. I always strive to trade in a fair, honest way & this is backed up by my feedback record which eBay class as 'above standard'.
