Description

Original 1985 U.S. Carrollton pressing of Sade’s landmark debut Diamond Life on Portrait Records (FR 39581). Mastered by legendary engineer Herb Powers Jr. at Frankford/Wayne Mastering Labs, with his distinctive “HERBIE JR :)” inscription in the deadwax. Includes the original custom photo inner sleeve. Features the timeless hits “Smooth Operator,” “Your Love Is King,” “Hang On to Your Love,” and “When Am I Going to Make a Living.” Vinyl retains excellent gloss with only light cosmetic wear, and the jacket displays beautifully with light shelf wear. Ships in a new archival inner sleeve with the original included and packed securely in a professional LP mailer.
