Description

FACTORY SAMPLE sticker to B side.
Disc: Near Mint. Please see photo of randomly selected area. Shows spindle trails on label. Been played carefully a few times at most, immaculate. 
Sleeve: VG 5cm seam split neatly mended, index sticker, insc and 3x library stamp. Disc shows 2 x small index sticker in addition to original Factory Sample sticker and 2 x library stamp.
Correct Outstanding Artists inner, YAX 1031-3, YAX 1032-1 stampers. Single laminate tri flip sleeve, one side being thicker than the other. .
