Description
Here is a great, great record from a true genius, which is an essential item in every psych collection. This, and the first Pink Floyd album are as good as sixties british psych music got, and here is a rare chance to get an original copy in amazing condition!
When Syd Barrett left Pink Floyd, the remaining band members took the name, but he took the talent that had written almost all of their stunning debut album, and three great singles. This, as far as I am concerned is the true follow up to piper at the gates of dawn, both in feel and in spirit.
It is rare to find this album in such great condition. It has obviously been played, but very carefully, and is very shiny, with no scratches, scrapes etc, and just a couple of very light surface marks that are barely visible to the naked eye. This is at least EXCELLENT condition, and plays superbly, with a hardly any surface noise, even when listening on headphones. This is a rare GREAT PLAYING as well as looking copy, and a very enjoyable listen, with superior in sound to the cd version, by a long way. The cover is in similarly great condition, with no tears or major corner wear, just a few little signs of light use. It must also grade as EXCELLENT condtion.
This album is AT least as rare as the mono piper, and is surely getting rarer.
