Description

Original Vinyl ALBUM:
ROSSINI "Overtures" (Decca SXL 2266) original UK 1961 1st STEREO pressing (ED1 "Original Recording By" rim text label)
PIERINO GAMBA conducting LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA. Original UK 1st press ED1 deep groove label. "Scallop" flipback cover, printed by Robert Stace.
GRADING: VG/VG (disc / cover)
DESCRIPTION: Record has numerous surface scuffs (but no feelable scratches) and plays surprisingly well - some light static but generally an excellent listen. (Most of these records are over 50 years old and many haven't been played in years - so most would likely benefit from a pro-clean). Labels clean. Cover shows general wear - 1" seam split on top edge, some discolouration on back.
POSTAGE: All items sent fully tracked in proper vinyl mailers - UK: £9.50 / EUROPE: £13.50 / REST OF WORLD: £24.50 Records will be well packed - inner sleeve will be removed from outer sleeve. CHECK MY FEEDBACK!
*** HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING - EACH EXTRA RECORD £5 - WILL QUOTE FOR COURIER FOR BIGGER ORDERS ***
ABOUT ME: I'm first and foremost a collector and try to grade strictly. I've not sold on eBay for a while, but check my 100% feedback - in the last few years I've sold top rarities by the likes of Johanna Martzy and Leonid Kogan, so keep checking since I'll be listing plenty of nice titles on the Decca SXL, Columbia SAX and His Masters Voice ASD labels. Thanks for looking!
