TITLE/ARTIST: This ultra rare 45/PS combination - especially this very 1st and super hard to find picture sleeve - is by the legendary girl group, The Supremes, on the original Motown Label, from 1962. I realize it's probably the really rare and difficult to find picture sleeve that makes this piece so very collectible, but the vinyl is nearly perfect and is also of some value here - so, please see the pictures of both the record and the picture sleeve above. The record is entitled "My Heart Belongs To Me/(He's) Seventeen" - and it is just the first of several 45/PS's by the Supremes that I'll be listing this week - so if you like the Supremes, please check out my site from time to time. LABEL INFO: This original Motown Label (1027) - just their 2nd record released - is very clean and nice. I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me very little actual play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also super shiny, clean, nice, and nearly perfect - almost "like new". PICTURE SLEEVE: Finally, the black and white picture sleeve is also primarily quite good, but not nearly as perfect as the label and vinyl. There is a considerable amount of early ring wear in a couple of places on either side and some definite wrinkling/creasing along the very top edge - primarily, but not exclusively, on just one side however. Overall though, considering just how rare this pic sleeve is, I don't think any of this is all that bad (but again, please see the pictures above and make your own decisions as both of these issues are fairly visible). INTERESTING FACTS: So yes, although it isn't perfect by any means, this ultra rare Supremes 45/PS combo is primarily clean and nice - not to mention how ridiculously difficult it is to find at all - so please have at it. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces.
