45-POP 253 on GOLD HMV label. 1956 Elvis Presley single "Love Me Tender" b/w "Anyway You Want Me (That's How I Will Be)".
This fabulous and extremely rare single is in superb excellent condition. Without doubt the best that I have seen. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has just a small amount of the very slightest lightest hairline marks. These are visible under strong light and have absolutely no effect on the play at all. There is not one scratch or heavy surface mark at all. The labels show just a handful of the very smallest lightest spindle marks and there is no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. On each side of the label on the word "MASTER'S" there has obviously been a label. This has long since gone but has left a stain about the length of the word "MASTER'S" but has taken of absolutely none of the label. There is not one scuff on the paper or slightest piece of the gold writing missing. This is just a stain. As can be seen by the pictures this is nothing bad.
Matrix numbers are: G2-WW-4767-1N and G2-WW-5937-1N.Side 1 stampers are: RT and R, side 2 are:RT and R.
This record plays absolutely beautifully. Almost perfect. Not a skip, pop odr click and literally no background noise.
Really one of the best.
