Description
Up for sale is an incredibly hard to find vinyl pressing of Joy Division’s album Unknown Pleasures. This pressing originates from Brazil from the early 90s (SUPPOSEDLY 1991). Little to no information is known about this pressing, it’s most likely a bootleg pressing. Pressed by Stiletto.
Overall condition of the record is great. Outer sleeve is pretty good, little bending/creasing, mainly along the spine which you can see in the first picture. The only big noticeable issue concerning cosmetic “damage” would be some slight smudging on the outer sleeve, which you can kind of see in the pictures.
Record itself is beautiful. It’s on a nice translucent marbled red. I’ve only spun this maybe less than 5 times ever and it’s sounded good every time.
I’ve only seen this specific red pressing go up for sale twice ever. There are different colored releases, all mostly bootlegs from the 2010s, that go up frequently but this specific translucent red marbled one from the 90s never shows up for sale.
